Cookies

Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser during your next visit.

You can configure your browser that you are informed when cookies are set and only allow cookies in individual cases, accept cookies for specific cases or generally exclude them and activate automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.

Cookies, which are necessary for the execution of the electronic communication process or for the provision of certain functions requested by you, are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies for analyzing your surfing behavior) are stored, these are dealt separately in this data protection declaration.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries using the contact form, your details from the form including the contact details you provided will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions.

The data entered in the contact form will be processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR) or in order to implement pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR).

The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it or until the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Newsletter

We send newsletters with advertising information only with the consent of the recipient or on the basis of legal permission.

The registration to our newsletter takes place over a Double-Opt-In-Procedure: After registration you will receive an e-mail in which you should confirm your registration.

This confirmation is necessary to verify you as the owner of the e-mail. The registration for the newsletter is logged in order to be able to prove the registration according to the legal requirements.

This includes the times of registration and confirmation as well as your IP address. Furthermore, other data that you entered when registering for the newsletter will be stored. We only use your information other than your e-mail address to personalize the newsletter, for example your name.

You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. You will find a link to cancel the newsletter in every newsletter e-mail.

reCAPTCHA

We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4 (“Google”).

The behavior data of the users (e.g. mouse movements or queries) are evaluated in order to be able to distinguish human beings from computer bots. The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

Data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting his web offers against abusive automated spying and against SPAM.
